What Counts as "Starting" the Course for Refund Purposes?
To be eligible for a refund, two conditions related to course progress must both be true: the course must not have been started, and a certificate must not have been generated. If either condition is not met, a refund is not available.
The Two Conditions
1. Course has not been started The course is considered started once you begin working through the course content. Logging in to your account or viewing the dashboard does not start the course.
2. Certificate has not been generated If a certificate has been issued, no refund is available under any circumstances — regardless of when you made the payment or any other factor.
The Full Refund Criteria
All three of the following must be true for a refund to be available:
Request made within 3 months of the payment date
Course not started
Certificate not generated
If all three are met, let us know and we can help.
