Understanding the types and true costs of credit, recognizing warning signs of credit problems, exploring alternatives to credit, and rebuilding your credit rating after bankruptcy.

Module 4 — Consumer Information

Identifying public and non-profit resources available to you, and understanding your rights under consumer protection laws.

Module 5 — Coping With Unexpected Financial Crisis

Exploring alternatives to borrowing when emergencies happen, accessing assistance from service agencies, and planning for the unexpected.

Final Exam

After completing all five modules, you take a final exam. The exam presents 10 questions drawn from a bank of 50 covering all five modules. Questions are multiple choice. The system grades the exam automatically and provides feedback on any incorrect answers. If you do not achieve a satisfactory score, you can review the feedback and retake the exam. Your certificate is issued promptly once you achieve a satisfactory score.
