Frequently Asked Questions
Why does it cost money if I am already going through bankruptcy? The course fee is set by Bankruptcy Logic, not the court. If you cannot afford the fee, you may qualify for a free or reduced enrollment through the fee waiver program. Let us know before enrolling.
Do I pay separately if my spouse also needs to take the course? Not if you are joint filers. Joint filers pay one $19.95 fee and each spouse completes the course individually. If you and your spouse filed separate petitions, you each enroll and pay separately.
Is there a court fee in addition to the course fee? No. The $19.95 is the only charge from Bankruptcy Logic. Filing your completion certificate with the court follows standard court procedures, but there is no additional fee from us.
