How Do I Enroll in the Debtor Education Course?
Enrolling is done entirely online at bankruptcylogic.com. You can enroll at any time — the course is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Before You Enroll
Make sure you have the following ready:
Your bankruptcy case number (assigned by the court when your case was filed)
The name of your bankruptcy court district
The full legal name(s) of all filers — exactly as they appear on your bankruptcy petition
The last 4 digits of the Social Security Number for each filer
Whether you are filing Chapter 7 or Chapter 13
A valid email address (your certificate will be delivered here)
A payment method — credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), bank check card, Apple Pay, or attorney billing code If you qualify for a fee waiver, let us know before enrolling — do not pay first. See our article on fee waivers for details.
Steps to Enroll
Go to bankruptcylogic.com
Select the debtor education course
Indicate whether you are an individual or joint filer
Enter your filer information: name(s), last 4 of SSN, bankruptcy chapter, case number, and court district
Create an account with your email address and a password
Complete payment — $19.95 per household
Begin the course immediately
Note: Additional personal information including your full SSN and date of birth is collected after checkout but before the course begins, through a secure online form.
Course access begins the moment payment is confirmed. Your 120-day access window starts on the date of purchase.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can my attorney enroll on my behalf? No. There is no attorney portal at this time. You must enroll directly at bankruptcylogic.com. Attorneys may pay on your behalf using an Attorney Billing Code.
I do not have my case number yet. Can I enroll? No. Your bankruptcy case number is required at enrollment. Wait until your case has been filed and you have received your case number from the court.
I qualify for a fee waiver. How do I enroll? Let us know before enrolling and we can set up fee-waived access. Do not pay first. See our fee waiver article for the full process.
