What Happens If I Don't Finish Before My Access Expires?
If your 120-day access window expires before you complete the course, your course access and all saved progress are permanently removed. You will need to purchase the course again at full price to regain access and start over.
What Expiration Means
Course content is no longer accessible
All saved progress is removed — you cannot resume where you left off
Your account remains, but the course is not available in it
You must repurchase at $19.95 to start again
Your Court Deadline Is Separate
Missing your access window is separate from missing your court deadline. If your 120-day window expires and you still have not completed the course, you may also be at risk of missing your court deadline for filing the certificate. Contact your attorney immediately if this happens.
How to Avoid Expiration
Take note of your purchase date — your 120-day window starts that day
Complete the course as early as possible after enrolling
The course only takes 2 to 3 hours — do not wait until the deadline approaches
Your Certificate Is Not Affected by Expiration
If you completed the course before your access expired, your certificate is safe. Let us know at any time if you need it resent — even after your access window has closed. We will resend it within 1 business day.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I get a refund if my access expired before I finished? Refunds are available only within 3 months of the purchase date, and only if the course has not been started and no certificate has been generated. If your 120-day window has expired, more than 3 months have passed, so a refund is not available.
I repurchased after expiration. Do I get credit for what I already completed? No. Progress from a previous enrollment is not carried over. You start the course from the beginning.
I expired but my court deadline is coming up. What should I do? Purchase the course again immediately and complete it as quickly as possible. Contact your attorney about your court deadline — do not wait.
