What Happens If I Close the Course Before I Finish?
Your progress is saved at the last completed topic. When you log back in, you can pick up from where you left off — you do not have to start over from the beginning.
What Gets Saved
All fully completed topics are saved within your 120-day access window
Modules you have finished are marked complete and do not need to be repeated
What Does Not Get Saved
Progress within a topic that was not fully completed — if you close mid-topic, you will need to repeat that topic from the beginning when you return
Final exam progress — it is best to complete the final exam in one sitting once you begin it
Best Practice
Before logging out or closing your browser, finish the topic you are currently on. This ensures your progress is saved.
Joint Filers
Each spouse completes the course independently. If one of you closes mid-session, your progress saves at your last completed topic. The other spouse's progress is unaffected.
