How do I verify that Bankruptcy Logic is approved? The EOUST maintains a public list of approved debtor education course providers at justice.gov. Bankruptcy Logic is listed there. Your certificate will also carry the required EOUST approval language.

Does EOUST approval mean the government endorses Bankruptcy Logic? No. As stated in the required disclosure, approval does not endorse or assure the quality of a provider's services. It means Bankruptcy Logic has met the minimum federal requirements to offer the course.
